Noëlyse : Combining architectural styles from the Bahamas and the British Caribbean islands, the Villa Noëlyse model recreates the traditional Creole homes of the Victorian period. Its sloping, multifaceted roof in colored corrugated iron, its ornamental wooden friezes (more commonly called gingerbread), its facade embellished with small balconies and its mansard-roofed rooms are an invitation to romanticism. The ground floor veranda is a prolongation of the living room. Surrounded by a balustrade, it is a cool and airy space for the family to have lunch or chat in the shade of the tropical sun.

Saona : Villa Saona is a tropical design open to its natural surroundings. It combines Caribbean style with contemporary shapes. Its interior is a delicate combination of refined lines and open arches. The high roof covered with a double layer of palms guarantees that the space is always cool. The bright and airy rooms surround a convivial terrace that invites lounging. The woodwork is all in local varieties, floors and walls are polished concrete in light colors with inlays of wood or pebbles, and decorating is both zen and touched with exoticism… at once home and an invitation to travel.

Shan : The purity of its minimalist and geometrical lines trace the contemporary silhouette of Villa Shan. The architectural elements are subtly highlighted to help create a modern and open atmosphere where light enters freely. The extreme whiteness of its concrete facade, contrasted with dark wood accents, underlines its style, while its flat, slender, green roof creates an almost seamless integration of the construction into its environment. On the inside, the natural materials and sober colors of the polished concrete floor, the exotic wood staircase, and the carefully designed furniture create an atmosphere of peace and serenity for a relaxed lifestyle every day of the year.
